Delivery
Orders received before 9 a.m. on working days (Monday - Friday) are sent the same day, and after 9 a.m. on the next working day.
We deliver the ordered product within 7 working days of the order at the latest.
Delivery within the RoC is carried out by GLS and the delivery price is €5.00 per shipment, which is not included in the product price and is indicated separately on the order.
Sending by expedited mail, is possible at the customer's request by selecting the postage option and the price is €8.00.
We do not send shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The usual time of receipt of shipments by GLS is within 3-7 working days.
If the ordered product is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email and agree on an extended delivery period, a replacement product or cancellation of delivery. If you order several products, we will deliver the products that we currently have in stock.
COMPLAINTS
The customer has the right to return the goods, within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods, in the following cases:
- delivery of goods that were not ordered
- delivery of goods that have a fault or damages that did not occur during transport
When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report to the deliverer who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible damage. When we deliver an originally packed package to your door and you pick up the goods with a mandatory signature on the delivery note, you confirm that the goods have been properly delivered. All items are subject to a statutory warranty. If within the warranty period an item, for example, changed its properties, and which results from non-observance of the prescribed procedures for its maintenance and use, Enti-šport d.o.o. is not responsible for the resulting damages. Otherwise, you can return the item and it will be exchanged for the same or a similar item, only in case that we are unable to do the above, the value of the said item will be returned to you.
We do not refund money for purchased goods.
RETURN OF GOODS
In order to exercise the right to a warranty, a copy of the receipt or order confirming the purchase must be attached to the product with the error. Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging. All improperly packed complaints or those with visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted, but will be returned to the sender at his expense.
When returning, a customer must do the following:
- Write a letter with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, which items you are returning (quantity, size, color), a description of why you are returning and what you want us to do (exchange for another size, another color, return money etc.).
- Return the parcel with the letter to the address: Enti-Šport d.o.o., Ljudevita Posavskog 9. 10000 Zagreb.
Recommendation: send the shipment with a confirmation of receipt of the shipment. In this way, the customer will have confirmation that their shipment was safely delivered to the right address. If you send a package without confirmation, no one will be responsible for the loss or damage of the package.
We know it's hard to guess the right size without trying the product on first, so be sure to check the size chart on our site before you buy.
Enti-šport d.o.o. guarantees that all products purchased on the web shop are valid.
The customer also loses the right to exercise the warranty in case of unauthorized finishing of the product, tampering with the product by an unauthorized third party and visibly soiled product by the customer.
RE-ORDER FEE
If we receive your return and decide that the cost of re-ordering is justified, we will contact you by email and/or phone before we do anything and offer a replacement.
If the return of the returned goods is unjustified, (you don't like it, severe error in size, etc.) we will be forced to charge you the costs of resending.
OTHER CONDITIONS
To order goods, a person must be over 18 years old. Terms of sale may change without prior notice. We will deliver all confirmed orders under the conditions valid at the time of order confirmation. Enti-šport d.o.o. reserves the right not to deliver goods based on orders with incomplete and/or incorrect information.
