ENTI-ŠPORT d.o.o. undertakes to protect the privacy and secrecy of personal data of all visitors and customers in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (Narodne Novine No. 173/2003, 67/2008, 36/2009).
By registering, you confirm the accuracy and completeness of your data in the application form and give your express consent that ENTI-ŠPORT d.o.o. may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (Narodne Novine No. 103/203 and 118/2006) and the Electronic Commerce Act (Narodne Novine No. 173/2003, 67/2008, 36/2009), process personal data of its records in order to provide notification services about new products and services. All user data is closely guarded and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of ENTI-ŠPORT d.o.o. and business partners from the web store maintenance domain are responsible for respecting the principles of data privacy protection and undertake not to disclose or forward them to third parties.
By registering, the visitor shortens the ordering process so that he does not have to enter personal data again. The password and username can be changed by the visitor themselves by logging in to "My profile" or by writing to request that their data and user profile is permanently deleted from the database.
You can visit and browse all pages on our webshop without revealing your personal data (name, surname, phone number or email address). Despite this, we obtain some information automatically, using cookies and standard internet tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords, and are used exclusively for market monitoring and sales analysis. If you turn off cookies on your computer, you will not be able to make a purchase on our webshop.
The users themselves are responsible for the protection of personal data by taking care of storing their usernames and passwords, and by using the appropriate program antivirus protection of their computers.
Credit card payments are made through our partner T-Com and their PayWay system, which ensures safe and secure online credit card transactions. This method of payment is recommended by the card issuers themselves (Visa, MasterCard, Diners...), it works reliably in practice and, according to research, proves to be safer than usual credit card payments in a restaurant or a store. The NTS webshop does not store or even receive any information about specific numbers and details of your credit cards.
